Suzette Harrel

Since 2008, Suzette Mullen Harrel has coached students to write authentic and interesting college application essays that effectively tell their own story, in their own voice.

Suzette graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College and cum laude from Harvard Law School. She was an editor for the Harvard Women’s Law Journal and also taught legal research and writing at Harvard. She has participated in numerous writing conferences, including the Southampton Writers Conference and the Frederick Buechner Writer’s Workshop at Princeton Seminary, and is a longstanding member of the Ashawagh Hall Writers Workshop in East Hampton, New York.

As college and graduate school admissions have become more competitive and complex, Suzette can help make the application process less daunting and less stressful for students and their parents.
